Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing

    • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation.

    • During peak seasons or festival times, processing may take up to 3 business days, but we will notify you in case of any delays.

  2. Delivery Area

    • We currently deliver only within the state of Tamil Nadu.

    • We do not ship outside Tamil Nadu or to P.O. Boxes / C/O addresses — please provide a full residential or business address for delivery.

  3. Shipping Methods & Charges

    • We use trusted courier / local delivery partners for delivering your Mannai Foods orders.

    • Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value / weight / delivery location (whichever applies; specify your method).

  4. Estimated Delivery Time

    • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after the order is shipped.

    • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors (weather, courier delays).

  5. Order Tracking

    • If tracking is available, you will get a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

    • You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website / app to check the delivery status.

    • If tracking is not available for certain local deliveries, we will provide regular updates via WhatsAPP/ phone.

  6. Failed Delivery / Delivery Attempts

    • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt a second delivery, or leave a message for you to collect the package (depending on the courier’s policy).

    • For failed deliveries (after multiple attempts), the package may be returned to us. In such cases, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.

  7. Damaged or Lost Packages

    • Upon receiving your order, please check the packaging and contents.

    • If products are damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:
