Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mannai Foods. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully as it applies to purchases made via our website.

1. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

  • We deliver only within Tamil Nadu, and all products are dispatched from our location in Tamil Nadu.

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • To request a return/refund, the product must be in the same condition as received, unused/unopened (unless the issue is damage/defect), and preferably in its original packaging.

  • Because our products include perishable food items, flavours, seasonings and homemade goods, we cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind.

  • We reserve the right to reject a return or refund request if the product shows signs of use, if the request is outside the allowed time window, or if it fails to meet above conditions.

2. How to Register a Return / Refund Request

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email at Channelchatmail001@gmail.com or phone +91 8524993208.

  • Please provide your order number, date of purchase, description of issue (e.g., damaged packaging, spoilt product, wrong item, etc.), and a photo of the product/packaging showing the issue.

  • Upon our review, if we accept your request, we will guide you on next steps (for example, whether you need to send the product back or we simply arrange a replacement/refund).

3. Our Remedies

  • If approved, we will either replace the product or refund the amount you paid (excluding any shipping charges, unless the fault is ours).The replaced product will be delivered within 7 to 10days .

  • Refunds will be credited  to the original method of payment used by you, and may take up to 7 working days from the time we approve the refund.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product).

  • If you decide to cancel an order before dispatch, we will refund you in full (excluding any payment gateway fees incurred, if any) once we confirm cancellation.

4. Non-Returnable & Special Items

  • Items purchased at a discounted price or as part of a clearance offer may be non-eligible for refund/return, unless they are damaged or defective.

  • Customised orders or bulk orders may have special conditions and may not be eligible for standard returns.

  • Minor variations in colour, size, weight, flavour or packaging are expected in homemade/spice/food products and are not considered defects.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Unless otherwise instructed, you must arrange for the return shipment of the product, and you bear the cost of return shipping (unless the product was damaged/incorrect and the fault is ours).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning a product. Mannai Foods is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

6. Changes to This Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating the “Last Updated” date above.

  • Your continued use of our website after revisions constitutes your agreement to the updated policy.
